Prior to founding Reycon Holdings, Mr. Lim was the CEO of Apostle Capital between 2007 and 2018, where he oversaw key accounts in emerging markets and built lasting relationships with family offices across Asia and beyond. His approach combines rigorous analysis with personalized service, ensuring each family office receives bespoke solutions aligned with their unique legacy goals.

Adam Wong
Chief Financial Officer
Adam Wong serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Reycon Holdings, where he oversees the firm's investment strategies with particular emphasis on emerging market opportunities. As CFO, Mr. Wong has strategically spearheaded the firm's expansion into Indonesia and Malaysia, establishing Reycon as a trusted partner for family offices seeking diversified exposure across Southeast Asian markets.
In addition to his financial leadership, Mr. Wong serves as a portfolio manager focused on the Indonesian and China markets, leveraging his deep regional expertise to identify value opportunities that align with clients' long-term wealth preservation goals. His strategic vision has been instrumental in developing Reycon's footprint in Indonesia and Malaysia, creating bespoke investment frameworks that navigate the unique regulatory and cultural landscapes of these high-growth markets.
Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Mr. Wong was a markets strategist, specifically in the Asian markets, where he advised external clients on foreign exchange rates, credit, and equity derivatives markets. Nelson Lee

Nelson serves as Chief Risk Officer at Reycon Holdings, where he manages comprehensive risk assessment strategies while spearheading the firm's relationships with family office clients. On a day-to-day basis, he embeds himself in the investment process to decipher value from opportunistic projects, applying his analytical expertise to both institutional portfolios and the unique requirements of multi-generational family wealth.
Prior to joining Reycon Holdings, Nelson held diverse appointments in sales and audit, with his most recent role being an investment analyst within private equity. This varied background enables him to provide family office clients with a holistic perspective on risk management and investment optimization.
Nelson graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, concentrating in accountancy and statistics. He is currently working toward his CFA designation, further enhancing his ability to serve Reycon's sophisticated family office clientele.
