Kevin Lim serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Reycon Holdings, where he sets the strategic direction of the firm and oversees its day-to-day operations with a focus on creating sustainable value for clients. As CEO, Mr. Lim has developed deep expertise in serving the complex needs of family offices, helping multi-generational wealth structures navigate market volatility through sophisticated risk management frameworks that he personally designs and implements.
Prior to founding Reycon Holdings, Mr. Lim was the CEO of Apostle Capital between 2007 and 2018, where he oversaw key accounts in emerging markets and built lasting relationships with family offices across Asia and beyond. His approach combines rigorous analysis with personalized service, ensuring each family office receives bespoke solutions aligned with their unique legacy goals.
Mr. Lim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Roehampton London and possesses multiple Agile, SCRUM®, and SAFe® qualifications, which he leverages to drive organizational efficiency and responsive client service in the rapidly evolving wealth management landscape.
Adam Wong
Chief Financial Officer
Adam Wong serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Reycon Holdings, where he oversees the firm's investment strategies with particular emphasis on emerging market opportunities. As CFO, Mr. Wong has strategically spearheaded the firm's expansion into Indonesia and Malaysia, establishing Reycon as a trusted partner for family offices seeking diversified exposure across Southeast Asian markets.
In addition to his financial leadership, Mr. Wong serves as a portfolio manager focused on the Indonesian and China markets, leveraging his deep regional expertise to identify value opportunities that align with clients' long-term wealth preservation goals. His strategic vision has been instrumental in developing Reycon's footprint in Indonesia and Malaysia, creating bespoke investment frameworks that navigate the unique regulatory and cultural landscapes of these high-growth markets.
Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Mr. Wong was a markets strategist, specifically in the Asian markets, where he advised external clients on foreign exchange rates, credit, and equity derivatives markets. His insights proved particularly valuable for family offices looking to optimize their exposure to Southeast Asian economies. Previously.
